Not sure if I got burnt out with AEW or mostly just disinterested. A lot of times I'll watch the shows and then when my wrestling friend asks about it that week I've already forgotten what happened in each show. It's like every week is a blur. I was pretty obsessed around the time Danielson was leading off Dynamite. Also liked Hangman's title run. And of course Punk returning was exciting. I've also liked the rise of Wardlow, The Acclaimed, etc. But my memory's really fading on what's been going on. When I was a kid I seemed to have a nearly perfect memory with WWF and WCW back in the day and now it's like my mind just hits the reset button after each show. A lot of it may because I have almost no interest in the majority of the indie and ROH type meta wrestlers that are brought in that I'm generally unfamiliar with. I'm also kind of bored of watching Jade streamroll on a Goldberg-like run. I've been kind of wanting to just go back and watch 80s through Attitude Era or so stuff again. Ratings still seem to be pretty good, though it looks like live audiences are getting smaller.

Agree with a lot of this. I feel like the internet and negativity ruined a lot of it for me now though. The Acclaimed, Jericho, MJF, Punk, FTR, Eddie Kingston, Hook~they are some of my favs. I do not care for the Elite, Hangman and a few others. I haven't been watching regularly since the whole Punk thing went down. I was a little kid when Hogan slammed Andre at WM3, and a teen when Hogan turned heel at Bash at the Beach. A lot of these guys are soft now and it just doesn't work for me. Hoping Punk comes back, but I don't know what is going on there.

Maybe like you I should just go back and watch the old stuff and relive my youth a bit...

I don't see Punk back in AEW but WWE is a possibility as I believe he and HHH can bury the hatchet, plus Vince not being there will help. As a fan, it would be a shame to see him go out like this and not come back.

It's still weird to think of WWE run by someone without a McMahon last name. Vince is such an eccentric dude who pretty much devoted every waking moment of his life to the business for decades. And his way of creating stories was so memorable. Probably about anyone else would've panic'd and lost the company during the Monday Night Wars, but he had a way of adapting and repacking wrestlers like no one else can.

I watched these guys wrestle in Lucha Underground a few years back. If this match is half as good as that one we should be in for a treat.

Oh shit. I thought I’d seen Fox somewhere else before. You’re not lying. That LU match was good.

They said last week that Saraya's partner was Toni Storm. People just didn't listen. I'm not saying you specifically. I just saw some comments online. People were saying that Toni would be attacked backstage and Mercedes would be a surprise partner.

Too many spoilers these days. Love it whenever "journalists" get them wrong.

I dont understand the Toni Storm/Saraya beatdown on Willow after their match. Saraya has been here such a short time and they are already turning her and Toni along with her?

Brian and Willie had a banger on Dark Elevation. So glad they are doing it again on Rampage. Don't be surprised if Tony Signs Willie for the ROH brand.

These two were consistently good on LU. Not sure what's happened to Cage lately but I'd like both to get more screen time.

Yeah and they made it look like Shida would turn on them a few weeks back.

Stuff like this happens when you still don't have a pair of good writers.

If the rumors are true Tony wanted the Briscoes on tv but the network wouldn't allow it. I'll actually watch AEW this week. I'm glad they're able to do it.

About damn time Emi Sakura is back on TV. Emi's last match on TV was December 11th, 2019 . So she has been on Dark/Dark Elevation for 3 years.
