Made a quick custom for The Waterboy today, Nothing special but i like it because its different from the standard cover they have been using over and over for the official version:

Here's Space Balls I did a while back. Im still working on Planet of the Apes... a little more challenging than I thought!

That's in the right direction of what I was thinking. Only things I'd recommend is change the background from "dry looking desert" to maybe something like asphalt, something that looks more like a city street. And use the movie's actual logo instead of creating one.

here were my suggestions regarding the boxarts...

1. the original covers on the front.
2. take the numbers off the front.
3. keep the pizza design on the back/spine
4. replace numbers with "DISK 1" "DISK 2" etc
.5. add new line cinema logos
6. take off "friends/enemies" those are spoilers.
7. keep the tmnt logo on the front but make it much smaller and put in the lower right corner of each box.
8. replace the original covers on the back with a different turtle from the 80's cartoon on each movie. put ralph on the 1st because he's the best

WoW! Some real good covers last couple days... The District 9 one is ridiculous (I can't wait to see this!!) and I also really liked the Spaceballs one, (great spoof cover for a great spoof movie!).

Anyways, I just got Hellboy 2 and Indiana Jones/Crystal Skull from the good ol' BBV 2 for $25 and was wondering if anyone had an original or custom cover of these? My appreciation ahead of time! And keep up the good work!

Dv8pdx as always some great covers Tha Day after Tomm and Spaceballs are great. I am all over District 9. Thanks again for coming back around.
Craig02 great Waterboy cover. Very simple, but funny and good deatail on the back.

there is no conversion, HD IS HD it's not NTSC or PAL 1080i is the same all over which is why you can play blu-rays from Europe without any problems apart from region codes

Thanks... doing some updates to the 2001 version. Needed to change the back a little since there is only a commentary and trailer for the special features. Should have that up tonight.

Alright, here's an update on my Turtles cover. As you can see, I tried to re-create the background of the TMNT BD from 2007.

And the update now features a new logo - it's the original cartoon logo, but I couldn't help myself but update it a bit.
