Watching Thunder and the House of Magic.

Great 3D, plenty of pop outs and pop ins with depth and glorious color and detail.

And so far a wonderful and quite charming film.

Thanks for the heads-up. Didn't know this was ever available in 3D and I now own it via a VUDU 3D/2D bundle purchase. First time I used my older Oppo 103 for any streaming or ownership purchase.

Watched The Seventh Son. I forgot how good the 3D is in this movie. Lots of before the window shots and many pop outs! Alicia Vikander(Tomb Raider) is in this. I Wish Tomb Raider had stronger 3D like this one.

I Ordered Biozard- Damnation 3D a few weeks ago. Based on the mixed review I really didn't know what to expect. It finally arrived this week..
Watched it today and IMO this is great 3D presentation with a ton of popouts! There are some mild scenes here and there but they don't last long and are quickly followed by Med/Strong popout scenes.
I am a big fan of Zombie movies! I think it's time for the film industry to start producing 3D horror movies again...

Hi pickit,

Curious why the Japanese version rather than Resident Evil Final Chapter 3D?

That’s a different movie. He’s talking about the CGI animation Resident Evil film. There’s been three of those made so far but only the 2nd one (Damnation) has been in 3D and only available as an expensive Japanese edition. I have the Japanese edition as well and found the 3D to be quite good, especially when the “lickers” are involved in the action scenes. Based on the cost though, I’d only recommend it for those who like zombie or Resident Evil films.

Watched Zootopia tonight, thought it was a cute film but felt it could have used more popout in parts. The scene that struck me the most was near the beginning during the train ride into the city, when its zipping through the areas the 3D was quite alive.

Hi Delta

Thanks for explaining that. Was surfing the web and they made it seem two of the same because of the series title difference.

Have Zootopia but still in shrink wrap.

It has very good 3D. Lots of depth, objects flying at the screen, a fun disaster movie.
