I have uploaded screenshots of Police Academy 4, 5 & 6 onto caps-a-holic. Fortunately they don't suffer from the excessive DNR of 3 and look quite good. I guess it's too much to hope for Warner Bros. to replace 3 without the DNR.

Warner doesn't region lock their discs, so yes it's 100% region free.
