surround speakers

I looking new a surround speakers, I would like surround speakers is mid-size and under 8 lbs. i want mount speakers.

i've only bookershelf speakers C-1 by Energy. and my eD subwoofers.

I need extra 4 surround speakers for 7.1 channel.


I find the speaker by Energy Audio. Is that good speaker??

I have four C series surrounds, the Energy C-R100 Bipoles. Those vastly improved my HT movie experience over the C-100 bookshelf speakers that I used to have. I like the bipoles because you don't know they're there, yet you hear all the sound effects far better with more detail in my opinion. The new CR-10s are perhaps a bit more advanced than mine because you can switch from bipole to dipole for the best effect in your HT room. I bought the C-R100s on sale at wwstereo.com for $79.00 ea, or half their normal price. I just couldn't resist that low price. In my gallery I have pictures of them mounted on the walls.

I think you'll love the CR-10s, but not their price.

I noticed CR-10 is unqiue speaker because the speaker has two tweeters for one tweeter feqencey wave to ceiling to down sound effect.

I can orient my C-R100s vertically as well. I settled with the horizontal because it seemed to have better dispersion in my HT room. Actually I think Energy misnamed the C-R100s as bipoles. They're tripoles: two tweeters mounted in phase pointed in opposite directions with the woofer mounted between them. The CR-10s look more like a traditional bipole/dipole type speaker.

I'm interesting that new speakers CR-10 for me. I'm trust Energy Speaker.
because I've own the bookshelfs speaker. It's loudspeaker sound awesome!

Energy speakers have never disappointed me with their neutral sound.

You made a fine choice. If you live in Canada, check out futureshop.com. Sometimes they run some hot deals. But they don't ship outside Canada.
