Some of the individuals have been really cheap over Black Fridays. I believe I picked up the first three seasons. I'm assuming the last two will be expensive.

I could really see the price hitting this point eventually, but for a new release it seems like a good deal.

I think I got the first 4 seasons for the $10-15 range/each a few months ago. I was quite satisfied with the price, considering they were BBC titles. I'll wait for the final season to hit $15 or less.

I got an e-mail saying what I ordered it on back order. According to it I have a US CATALOG INSERT for $0.00 on back order.

I would say you're very likely to get it. I've never had a pricing error get cancelled from Amazon. Everyone who ordered that Tales from the Crypt DVD set ended up getting it!

Other stores are far more likely to cancel -- BBY, Target, WM, Deep Discount, BN, and quite a few others.

I've only order a single item from BBC a few years ago so I have no idea how they'll handle it.

There are some odd things going on with CC Charged. One of the canadian posters mentioned it, but I noticed it yesterday as well. I have a normal temp charge and within an hour a reverse charge to zero the total. I made 2 orders and both CC did the same thing. The orders still say Processing and not Canceled, but I've never seen a CC temp charge do this in the past.

OTOH -- no reason to call BBC and have them look at the deal. No harm in just waiting it out. If it delivers -- great, if not then no harm done.

Geeze, sorry I didn't pay much attention there. I thought this was Amazon

Alright, we're looking good then. There's only been one cancellation for a member here and that member never received the catalog back-order email.

I wonder if they only allowed a certain amount of orders to go through that were placed within a specific period of time?
