I am so far behind some of you. I'm still on my first playthrough kinda taking my time going through it. Got to Chapter 10. Been loving it so far though.

All I can really say is that it looks good to me on PS5, but I wasn't really looking for any anomalies in PQ. Framerate is smooth though.

That's awesome, I decided to do another run through then gonna work on the platinum. How were the boss fights on Professional were they pretty hard?

I used the infinite RPG throughout. That way they all died in 1 hit (2 hits when they have 2 phases).

Really appreciate the loading times in this one. That's one thing I really was expecting from this gen and a lot of devs have kind of let that fall by the wayside so far.

Flying through my first NG+ playthrough on HC. My fully maxed striker shotgun just blows away anything that comes close to me.

I couldn't be more relieved to save Ashley

[Show spoiler]especially after being chased by those damn Regenerators you'll love Chapter 15 and 16 so amazing.

I agree the load times are so much faster glad they did that along with RE 2&3

Yeah that would definitely do it good to know that will make it easier to get the Chicago Sweeper. I maxed out the Sentinel Nine in my first play through using that right now during NG +while saving my pesetas for the infinite RPG. I haven't had to use anything else other than the Semi Auto rifle for long distances it's pretty nice maxed out I like it better then the Red 9.

Yeah that thing is a beast loved it during my first play through in the Castle.

Is there any way to restart a chapter? I went past the merchant door during the 5th medallion mission and missed one and can't go back. What a pain in the dick.

Only if you have a manual save at the beginning of said chapter. There is no chapter select.

Have been using the RPG on everything.

However I keep a pistol & rifle with me at all times. Have a feeling the RPG will fail certain encounters with Ashley. I remember before I had it, I accidentally shot her. Game Over.

I find that hilarious since when out of combat the game won’t let you even aim at her.

I really like the new music, but OG OST kicks in real good. Been playing with OG OST since playthrough #2.

Finished my first playthrough this morning. Fantastic remake. Won't replay immediately as I've got other things to get to but this will be on my yearly replay pile for sure.

As my first time experiencing RE4 in any capacity, this was amazing. What an experience.

My progress has been sort of slow. I just reached Chapter 5, I am having load of fun. It seems like that El Gigante fight was easier than I can remember compared to the original.
