I dont know if you can answer this, but I've always been curious. Do you find situations like that, that they are holding out for more money, or is it too much hassle, etc? It's always a case-by-case basis. I've heard everything from religious regions to money to whatever else they can conjure up. I've found that persistance and patience is key.

Having checked out both Nocturna and Felidae (on the IMDb), I'd like to second both suggestions

How many additional tracks are there over the CD release and how much time do they add up to? I have the CD and was wondering if I should grab this too.

It’s mainly the End Credits Cue which is one of the best tracks.
