I would agree as well. I bought it for my fiancee, she saw it in theaters with a friend and they loved it. I started watching it with her, and I ended up asking her if we could put on another movie, I just could not get into it at all. It's cool at least that she likes it, but I don't see myself ever revisiting it.

I thought it was pretty good. My wife and mom really liked it, so I guess I don't completely regret blind buying. I must say it is a bit overrated though to be considered in the same league as Hangover. I know this has already been "hammered" in this thread, but my opinion is Hangover wins by a mile! The first time I saw Hangover, I laughed what seemed like non-stop! I only laughed a few times during Bridesmaids.

I laughed a lot at both in theatres. But I laughed more at Bridesmaids. I was at the point where there was tears in my eyes. Hangover never did that for me.

There were a couple scenes in Bridesmaids which I laughed aloud hard! I admit those were great! However, outside of those, just as a whole the movie didn't make me laugh.

That's fine. I like how people have different tastes in comedies. I find it strange that some members get angry that others don't agree on which movie is funnier! That's the beauty of comedies. Wouldn't it be boring if everyone laughed at the same exact thing? I think so anyways. Same thing with comedians. My wife will crack up at basically every comedian on TV. I don't find many of them funny. I don't get mad at her though for finding them funny.

I do agree though, different strokes for different folks, no need to get angry about it.

A couple different scenes that are in the unrated, that aren't in the rated, plus the unrated is 6 mins longer.

I saw this last night. Even though it's technically a chick flick I actually found it to be much funnier than the Hangover.

I thought I posted this question today but I can't find it now. Sorry if it's a repeat.

How are you guys playing the unrated version of bridesmaids? I can only play the rated R version. The cover/blu ray label say theatrical and unrated versions included. But when I go to the menu there is no unrated version to play.

Very weird. Bad copy from target?

Go to the extras, they have a selection there.
