Default More FUD at eProductWars.com

Their is a thread started over their claiming the a2 for 198.00 at walmart, and its going to be in the 11-03-07 add. They are also claiming they have pictures. People are trying to explain that its a clearance item, but they are delusional again. Heres the link http://www.eproductwars.com/dvd/viewComments.cfm?db=dvd

Never pay any attention to what people post over there. You don't even need to login in order to post, and the crap posted over there is usually completely ridiculous. I quit reading it long time ago.

I use to post over there quite frequently, under a different name. Mike HD and Milt are so full of crap its not even funny. they just lie everyday, mike is seriously on eproductwars.com for at least 8 hours a day. i can't believe how much time he spends on that dinky, pathetic website.

The HDA2 for $198 is real and not a clearance item.

It also isnt in the November 1 TAB either.

hd a2 is clearance. Toshiba no longer makes this unit, its not been in production for months, just like an xbr2 by sony is clearance, i can still get one at a discounted price, but its no longer made by sony.

Never was made by Sony, I agree.

How do you know Toshiba isnt still making them? Thats an assumption, not a proven gact.

CE Never produce back product... The A3 replaced the A2 and the A2 is being Firesaled everywhere. Just like there's still BDP-1000 here and there, but Samsung doesn't make that player anymore..

And vice versa, what fact(s) do you have that they still are making them?

Its clearance, that should be obvious to anyone. Happened here in Canada already.

If you want proof go to any electronics store and go to the clearance section, you'll find last-years models. Same thing is happening here.

stockstar, toshiba rep gets real pissy about hd dvd and blu ray. Hes the nicest guy in the world and their tvs are decent, but he gets violent about dud, almost think they are under tons of pressure from tosh to spread fud in regards to their standalones. Hes even been in my store and brought up that bull about attach rates to a customer looking at a blu ray demo

I don't know about proven "gacts" but is it a proven fact that you have any hd-dvds?

Mike and Milt I believe are the same person.

The site is an HD-DVD fanboy wetdream com true, an unmoderated forum where their FUD can run rampant... but also it has become a place where someone like a Mike/Milt can throw out verbal abuse and racial insults and feel he is justified in doing so.

Actually the fact I am giving Mike/Milt the time of day by even posting this is just very sad on my part. But honestly, don't even go to eproductwars.com... it's a waste of time. If you need your amazon sales stats, go to hdgamedb.com... which is more accurate anyway.
