It has been added to the list. I think this will go 4K shortly. Same thing happened to Smokey And The Bandit.

I haven't checked the status in awhile but I noticed these are now streamable in 4K.

Inglorious Bastards is now streamable in 4K HDR.

The Tourist is now streamable in 4K.

Can someone who owns them check the below movies if they actually are now streamable in 4K? I don't own them so I'm unable to check.

I didn’t attempt to play any of them, but all of the above still say they do not support 4K playback.
