In honor of Amazon adding additional 4K studio support for 20th Century and Universal Studios, I thought I'd make a list of which titles are porting 4K in from MA correctly, and which aren't, as well as updating the list accordingly.
20th Century Studios and Universal Studios: 4K MA Titles Porting In:
4K MA Titles NOT Porting In, Or Unknown Status:

Amazon's also pretty crazy when it comes to listing running times, and they've had titles get temporarily downgraded to HD for one reason or another. I'm only going to use this thread to list when titles gain 4K MA rights though. |

Do we know the status of 4K rights porting out to Movies Anywhere?
EDIT: Just accidentally purchased Field of Dreams 4K (Thanks 1-click!) and it didn't port to Movies Anywhere. I requested a refund. Last edited by vwnut13; 09-07-2020 at 01:40 AM. |

Unless you're in a hurry to watch the movie on a platform that isn't Amazon, why would you request a refund, or did you just not want the movie?

I'm not really concerned by the possibility of it never porting out. Over the years, Amazon has been slow to get the MA rights correct when it comes to 4K, but with the exception of one title, all of mine have been straightened out at one time or another. |

Helpful list. Here's my contribution to update the UNKNOWN section. Minor notes in bold. Good luck!

Considering I don't think there's any other way to get it in 4K outside of Amazon, I'm not sure there's actually any porting in to do, but I put it in the does not import list, since it's apparently not linked correctly in MA.

Is this a new development?
All my Sony titles, and all but one Disney title, correctly ports to and from MA, I'm not sure I see a point in listing a title if it works correctly and has been for some time. I want to focus on the 20th Century and Universal titles that have only recently gone 4K UHD. Last edited by Alan Gordon; 09-07-2020 at 06:14 PM. |

That's how I knew I had "Home Alone" in 4K for a brief period. I've had some of my Disney titles switch back and forth between 4K and HD on multiple occasions over the last few years, so I guess the same thing happened with it. |
