Default H/V Positions?

I have a pretty old Vizio 26 inch in my spare room which I watch for sports to lock myself away and I can't figure out the correct H and V position for the set. I found nothing online and its automatically set at 32 and 16 but that is close you still crops out the sides and top and bottom some. Any help would be appreciated.

The TV may employ overscan if you're using the tuner (or it may do it anyway), if you can show a test pattern with the screen borders you can find out for sure. I would assume that if you adjust H and/or V and can't see more image then that's all you'll get.

But try some test patterns and see if you can see the full 1:1 image.
