Troubleshooting Thread for 3D Blu-ray Players, Receivers and Televisions

Hello all...when I try to use my 3D conversion function on my Z9D it tells me that this function is not available, but, I had no problem the last time I used it in 2020...I was trying to watch BLACK ADAM 2D (purchased from apple T.V.) and make it into 3D, and when I failed I tried another show and/or other movies...it all failed...Please make no mistake I could still watch my 3D movies without any issue it's the T.V. conversion-2D to 3D that keeps failing...PLEASE HELP!

How are you trying to watch it? Blu-ray player, file on an USB drive? stream thru home server?

Is it on a 1080p picture or 4K?

More details will help solve your problem.

Hello everyone.

I just found out that my 1080p projector (BenQ) has a 3D feature on it and so I decided to try it on Flesh for Frankenstein’s digital 3D option. When the 3D auto popped on, there are two frames that are separated but on top of each other, much like how a 3D analog would look. This is a 1080p disc that I played on a 4K UHD player. When I tried to play the film side-by-side, there is the film on the top left of the screen now and the image is still separated on the screen. Im assuming that I need a pair of digital 3D glasses to work this out (If so, any model recommendations)? Thanks in advance

Yes, you need 3D glasses.

Just do a search (Titles only) for BenQ and all the threads will pop up.
