I had a weird phase years ago where I bought the DVDs of Cutie Honey and Goldenboy. Just because it was anime...and yet it was an interesting day when I marathoned them.

I'll probably order it since the US didn't get a decent version.
Thank you!! I ended up ordering it but wow was shipping killer. I love the box and that is both seasons.

I now wish I’d held on to “Madoka” as well. Before that book came out, there was a bootleg KOR artbook called “Triangle Labyrinth” that was highly sought after by fans. “La Madonna” is expensive now as well.

I wonder why they are not reissuing the “Loving Heart” vocal collection. I still have that one on CD.
There is a new Akemi Takada artbook called Angel’s Touch which is more reasonably priced. According to a review, 49 pages are dedicated to Orange Road and it finally collects some of her Urusei Yatsura artwork which hasn’t been available before.

I was always tempted to buy the Madoka book but it was terribly expensive for something so small. I think it was close to $70 at Kinokuniya and I’m not that big a fan of Orange Road (although I’ve always admired her artwork).

New sale on Funimation's store. Not a lot of titles on sale but a few good deals there for Essentials titles at $13.99.

Ergo proxy for $29.99 looks tempting hopefully it co.es with slipcover.

Thanks for the heads-up. That's a good price even if it doesn't.

Funimation membership discount stacks with sales and you only need $20 for free shipping, it's pretty nice. Picked up Crest of the Stars, with Funi premium, it conveniently came to like $20 and some change so I got free shipping.

Thanks for the heads up. Picked up a number of titles I'd had my eye on for a while. Picked up Eden of the East, Witchblade, Claymore, and Sankarea. Decided that the Dragonar free T-shirt looked the most fun.

I would have had a Funimation membership, but ever since last October when suddenly my perfectly working PayPal information suddenly hiccupped on them, I canceled and haven't renewed after they made it extremely difficult to update/fix the problem through the website.

I think you have to be premium plus or premium plus ultra, not just premium.

Premium Plus, my bad. I was grandfathered in when they changed the subscription plans so I still only pay $60 a year, I just kinda forgot there was multiple tiers.

From Shout Factory's Twitter:
Quote:
We're having an anime sale through the end of the month! Plus all purchases of #Digimon products come with a free mystery gift. Plus plus enter for your chance to win a #WeatheringWithYou 4K UHD. All details at
https://www.shoutfactory.com/blog/an...mesale_tw_0127

(Thanks but no thanks Shout. I already blew a bunch of money on Noir, Panty and Stocking and IWMG, I don't need to spend any more money right now)

You've got my attention. What sets are the most definitive?

Thank you! I used it to pick up Fruits Basket Season 2 Part 2 and a few other items. You saved me the price of a few meals.
