Everytime I try and do this, I get an email telling me that it didn't go through.

Seems their regular price is only a few bucks higher. We extended our membership through them about a month ago. I still don't understand how they can get codes this cheap or why Sony allows it. But, assuming we don't later discover our payment was compromised as a result of buying from this site, I'm grateful for the savings, as are the kids.

They’re probably codes from China. Same thing happens with licenses for Windows. Piracy is huge over there, and Sony/Microsoft/etc only charge a few dollars there because making a little money is better than making no money. There’s operations that buy them for a few dollars over there, sell them to places like CDKeys for a few dollars more than that, and they charge us $30 or whatever and still make a nice profit.

But you have to specify your region when ordering. Why would they be selling codes apparently flagged for the US market somehow in China?

Not sure. I know that’s what’s happening with the cheap Windows license keys, so I figure something similar is happening with the PS+/Xbox Live memberships. I can’t think of any other logical explanation.

I got one of there codes for my Playstation Plus for a year cheap and it does work. This is probably the best site to always check for cheap Playstation Plus membership.

Does CD keys have BF sales too? We've been looking to extend our membership again for the last month or so, but the price has gone way up. We've bought it around BF from more legitimate retailers for less than they're currently charging.

Sony does an annual BF offer, usually 25% off at big retailers. Maybe a handful of times it's been $29.99 or $39.99 but usually $44.95. CDKeys could offer $29 again but no one knows yet.
