It's not awful and certainly it will provide a good enough picture of the film so don't throw it away. But it can do with a lot of improvement. It's still probably the best the film's ever looked - by far - on the home market.

I remember it not being that sharp and also of a somewhat poor quality print - scratches and whatnot.

Yeah, Code Red's is pretty decent, even if average, but Koch usually hits all the right notes, from restoration to color correction to encoding, so it's bound to be considerably better.
