It wasn’t really a point, more a question really… I can’t tell from the post whether they knew that had happened, because even if they did it’s still a fair point because no further information has been given. Not before April at the earliest it would seem (based on the absence of a listing on the b2b) and I assume it’ll be a crazy expensive steelbook.

Has the Bluray release for Bros been cancelled in Aus? I can see it in the database and remember seeing it in the JB website but can’t see it available anywhere now.

Looks like it. Universal Australia has been cancelling a number of planned Bluray releases lately for films with only okay box office. Bros joins Violent Night and She Said that had Bluray preorders but are now DVD only. Sign of the times.

Has there been any word on a release for Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero? I imagine it will at least get a Blu-ray.

It seems the DVD release has been cancelled as well, can't find it on JB, Sanity, EzyDVD, and Amazon.

Madman BDs for Funimation releases have had a pattern of getting delayed recently (the demon slayer film, and MHA: world heroes come to mind), so I wouldn't be surprised if this was the same.

https://b2b.madman.com.au/actions/ca...eleaseId=65866

It's on Madman's B2B site for a release in April, based on the listing and the catalogue number it looks like it'll basically be the US release with an Australian classification sticker over the top

Firstly it would depend on whether Studiocanal has acquired the rights for it in Australia which has always been through Paramount here. Then assuming they have the rights it's a case of whether they feel its got enough potential sales out there to warrant a release, which is a coin toss. For every Studiocanal 4K release we get of critically acclaimed films such as The Outsiders or Mulholland Drive or the Elephant Man we get Blu ray only releases of The Deer Hunter, Don't look Now or The Driver.

With the market being dead here, basically anything besides superhero movies/ or well known franchises can be considered a wish list lmao. There's basically nothing announced to be coming/ to look forward to. Looks like umbrella gave up on 4k after 2 entries and now is partnered with vinegar syndrome.
I swear when i hear people from like the US/UK complain about importing I laugh, they really don't know our pains.

It’s getting a Blu-ray release in Germany.

The local Rocky 4K set comes with the bonus disc as it is a 5 disc set according to the packaging.

Somebody created a listing for that here on Jan 13th if you had looked for it (including the date).

Well that’s welcome news and JB’s $65 pricing is really good value, particularly in relation to the prices for the U.S and U.K sets. Hopefully the pack shot showing a thicker box means we might be getting individual cases for the 4 movies.
