I just got mine in from a third party seller on Amazon and didn't know about a replacement program until now.

I put my disc into the PC and it shows up as the new one. Cool.

Received my replacement discs today from Umbrella. As promised three replacements arrived.

They supposedly are. They have sent me a few updates about it via SMS and e-mail, the last time I heard from them about it was on the 20th of January.

Got my replacement disc, sad that the limited edition art isn't there, but understandable.

Received the replacement disc today. Decent shipping time from Aus to Sweden.

Points off to Postnord for not protecting their mail deliveries from rain. It was soaked through but at least the cardboard around the disc sleeve took most of it. Disc played fine so all's good in the end.

Today I received my replacement disc here in the U.S. wish it would have had the original collector's edition artwork but I can't complain. At least UE acknowledged there was a problem and corrected it so I'll give them props for that.

What exactly is the artwork on the replacement disc?

I emailed Umbrella March 9th and never got a response from them. Nothing in the mail, either. I just re-emailed them. I'm in the US.

They emailed me two days after and said they were mailing it out. I live in the US too. I haven't received it yet.
