Default Pioneer HTZ-BD51 or Panasonic SC-BTT490

I can't really find many reviews on this Pioneer system and I did not see it mentioned here at all. I am currently looking into purchasing a HTiB. I am going this route because if I bought everything separately I would want the best stuff which would cost more than I have. This is a simple solution and I am looking for opinions on both of these setups.

I have not heard either of these setups but if i had to guess I would think the Panasonic probably has a better blu-ray player while the Pioneer has the better sound quality. They both have a pretty nice, sleek look to them and I like the floor standing speakers. They both have bluetooth capabilities and iPod hookups. The only thing the Panasonic has that the Pioneer doesn't (that I can tell) is wireless rear speaker capabilities. My TV is the Panasonic VIERA TC-P54VT25 btw and I currently use my PS3 as my blu-ray player.

Pioneer HTZ-BD51

Panasonic SC-BTT490

Also, I am looking for a sound bar for the bedroom. Any recommendations?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I have a ZVox 555 "soundbar" and am very pleased with it. Here's a link to the website with their various offerings:

https://www.zvoxaudio.com/

Hope this helps. Joe

Thanks for the recommendation. The Zvox 580 was actually one I was looking at. I think I have narrowed down the sound bar between the Zvox 580 or the Speakercraft CS3 with the Energy Power Bar Elite being my 3rd choice. I ended up going with the Andrew Jones designed 5.1 channel Pioneer SP-PK52FS speaker package instead of a HTiB. Now I need to pick a good amp. I was thinking either the Yamaha 473 or the Denon 1513 since these are pretty good budget receivers. Anything above those are 7.1 which I don't need for this speaker setup. After purchasing these speakers and the receiver soon, I can't afford a sound bar so I might wait a couple months to see what the 2013 models have to offer.
