You have 4 total coming to you. 1 for most points and 3 for 2nd place. You should have received all as of 12/26. Two were claim codes that I PM'd you and 2 were emails. You apply the claim codes to your account balance and redeem the emails to your account balance.

Just thinking out loud here but did you check your junk in box, I know sometimes emails get thrown in as junk mail when it's not.
