Jacques Perrin's "Oceans" question

I want some verification that what I'm reading here (I can't read Dutch) is that this film is the longer international cut of the film: 104 min. (which for some reason is denoted here at 100 minutes) and the spoken language is English. I know that DisneyNature cut down the film to 84 minutes and had Pierce Brosnan do the narration - so who did the English narration here? or did they do the full cut of the movie, then, edit it down?
