Default How to Request Removal of Purchased Content

In the early days of Amazon's digital video offerings, I bought SD versions of "My Stepmother is an Alien" and "Daddy Day Care" and when I connected Amazon to Movies Anywhere, these ported over (and into my other connected services).

Recently I decided that these 2 movies weren't something I wanted to keep, and so I went onto Amazon into my Video Library and saw there was a link to delete these titles, which I went ahead and did. Then, I went into the deleted items link and selected 'permanently delete' for each one.

The issue is that now a day later, MA is still showing these in my library, and after a quick chat with them they are saying that Amazon is still reporting the titles out as owned (despite my no longer seeing them in my video library on Amazon whatsoever).

I have unlinked my Amazon and MA accounts with the hope that a refresh will remove the films, but if that doesn't work has anyone ever requested Amazon remove a title, and if so how did it go?
