I figured I would give this a try. I am looking to purchase the codes from any marvel or dc comics that are available. I would normally go to a local comic store but there arent any around where i live they have all shut down apparently .i prefer to buy in bulk if possible if price is right. Actually, the answer to the question is Crusher Hogan. It is on page 5 of Amazing Fantasy #15 which is where Spider-Man first appeared.

Actually, the radio serials gave him the power of flight then D.C. comics adopted it. If you don't believe me just forward to the 4:15 mark on the following link. It is straight from the the "Look Up In The Sky, The Story of Superman" documentary.
