If you get an account at an Image Hosting Site such as Photobucket, You can copy & paste the [IMG] tag right into your post. Photobucket accounts are free to have & that is what I use.

I think it's the link you're pasting into the [img] tabs that's the issue mate. Just right-click the image, the paste the text in the Insert Image pop-up.
