Is it just the code? If so, I would be interested in it if it is something I do not already have. You can just PM me and we can discuss it. Otherwise, the easy answer is to place it on the free code thread. Even if it requires a digital copy disc along with the code, many members have the ability to make it work.

I don't think it can be shared. If it shows up in your library, it's linked to your account only and cannot be moved.
