That's a cool shelve and setup i need something like that for my collection i'm at least over 700 or more blurays sadly just all around in between two room's not counting my dvd's which some are setup on smaller shelve's and in plastic tubes etc.

I don't collect a lot of steelbooks, but I have about 20 or so. I just recently picked up It Follows from Best Buy for $6.99. Here are the steelbooks that I currently own...

Is it recessed into the wall? Looks very good and 700 Blu Rays is a lot but it looks like it would hold even more.

No, it is not recessed. The wife is the handywoman of the house. I don't have the time or the skills that she has when it comes to building. She has good vision when it comes to those kinda of things...

My steelbook collection.
I know, steelbook abuse!
My "media" room was taken over by daughter. Moved them to the living room, which was not a good place with two toddlers.
The wife promised that once the kiddos were old enough I can display them in all their glory again. Till then, to the closet they go!

That stand looks great. I'll definitely have to keep that one in mind when I finally upgrade my stand. Mine looks alot cheaper, only holds exactly 399 steels and my collection has already outgrown it.
