Really cool! I started to collect physical movies late, unfortunately (i was a soldier and i lived in a barrack for years), but now that i have my own house i'm starting to expand my collection At the beginning i bought normal amaray BD or 4k, but since i collect game's steelbooks too and i love them, i started to buy the steelbooks of my favourite movies and franchise. Now i have some of them, but i don't always buy the steelbooks; I buy them just in this cases:
  • if i don't have the movie in my collection
  • if the price is similar to the standard amaray release
  • is there is the steelbook for the edition i'm looking for (BD or 4K)
  • if i absolutely want it
  • if i already have other steelbooks of previous franchise
  • if there is the steelbook edition in my language

In almost all other cases i just buy the standard amaray edition.

A side note since you posted MCU's steelbooks: i love MCU, but instead of recovery alla the steelbooks of the Infinity Saga, i preferred to bought the UK's Infinity Saga boxset which is unbelievable! So i started to collect MCU's steelbooks since the release of Black Widow.

In this days i ordered new shelves for my living room, when they will arrive i'll post some pictures of my tiny collection

Nice collection.

You should consider ordering some protective steelbook covers. They help the steelbooks to not get any dents/dings/paint chips/etc and help manage storing them easier as well.

All of my steels have one. I use the SC2 which leaves the spine open (to see better).

I agree! I have 272 steels, all in SC2. I like the access and seeing the spine. I recently put all my MCU steels up on wall magnets and love how the covers look while displayed also.

^ nice! That looks really great!

I've been wanting to do something like this for years, but I was either renting or too intimidated to start the project. I gave in a couple weeks ago and decided to dip my toes with one little section with some random Steels. I think it turned out pretty well, but I'm not sure what I should do from here haha
