Definitely a show you have to watch all the way through I guess to appreciate it. I know that if someone walked in on you watching that show they'd probably give you a stare and then awkward silence.

Eh, it's the risk you run with anime! I'd still take it over the crap that's on our networks here.

Pretty much. Nothing really worth tuning into right now anyway. About the only thing I usually watch regularly would be GOT when it is on. Other then that I'm watching CR, Netflix, or the anime I own.

Yup! GoT, TWD, The Strain, and Ghost Adventures are the only things I watch semi-regularly. I'm waiting for Star Wars Rebels to get a season or two before starting that one.

Even then, for those I either buy a season pass or wait for the blu-rays. A little over a year ago I canceled all my cable, and got netflix instead. Saves me 200 a month!

I pay about $130 a month for phone, cable, and internet. I get basic cable but my kid watches Disney, Disney XD. And I watch every now and then Discover, History, Nat Geo, and those sort of things. While I could cancel the cable and save about $40 I keep it mainly for him. Netflix has begun to suck though because all the stuff I use to watch has been taken off. There isn't really anything for me besides so anime that I care for. I'm almost tempted to take it off but it is one of the only places I can stream MLP so

Man don't even get me started on that. I'm so mad that they won't release those on blu ray. The guy that is charge of that said it would pretty much be a cold day in heck before that ever happened. Yet...they release Transformers on blu ray. I don't want to import from Germany but I might have to.
At least EQ Girls is on blu ray.

Yeah, it bothers me too. Not to mention, season 1 was packed with commentaries, and none of the other seasons have had them, despite the fact that people responded well to them.

Tell me about it. Rainbow Rocks has a commentary track on it. I haven't listened to it but my son was watching it with it on and it sounded funny.
I'll have to post a pic of my DVD's sometime. Since we are disscussing figures.
Do you collect any of the POP's or Vinyls for them? I don't but they are pretty nice. I do that the Twilight 4DE plush which is pretty show accurate.

Eh, on and off. The merch is so hit and miss for being show accurate that it's hard to invest in. I have two vinyl's, DERPY and RD. I have all the Hasbro sets if the Main 6, the coronation CMC, and some other random bobs. Maybe I'll take a pic soon of it.

I got a new Play Arts figure from my mom for Christmas. I could take a pic of that one too.

I feel you on the POP's and vinyl's. While I was going to start buying them the more I looked the more they just didn't do it for me. I mean they are nice don't get me wrong but I dunno. I was in Hot Topic the other day as I wanted to see the Celestia one in person and while it was nice I passed on it. I read the review over at EQD and they were talking about her mane makes her unlevel. So basically you'd have to keep her in the box.
And you should post pics, I'd be interested to see them. I mean you can PM them to me or post them on my wall. I'm sure our fellow anime brothers and sisters don't want to the MLP haha.
Have you seen the new 4DE plushes though? Man I want them all....so nice. I think I'm going to try and start to get one every month if I can. I like them because they have the cutie marks on both sides, which is rare for plushes unless they are customs. And they aren't too about about $25 for the mane 6 and Luna and Celestia is about $60 or so.

Very nice collection there. Are the shelves open in the front or do they close to keep away the dust?

How much did the shelves cost you? I'm piecing it together from everyone's collections. Trying to decide how to display my figures and such.

Well they still can get dusty, just at a quarter of a the speed of everything else. I keep them closed unless I am doing comics and pictures with a figure or two from the case.

Each case is $69.83 with tax at IKEA and are called Detolfs.

Here are older shots from May, but this is what they look like lined up:

Man I'm surprised to find out I'm not the only one in the anime forums that watches MLP. Aside from Adventure Time MLP is miles better then any other cartoon on TV in the last 5 years (excluding adult oriented cartoons such as Archer and South Park and the like).

haha same here. I knew there was a few but glad to see there are more.
And yeah I like Adventure Time as well. The only other show I was on CN is Teen Titans and Regular Show. But other then that really don't like anything else on there.
I'm pretty excited for Season 5 of MLP. Interested to see how the Sunset Shimmer thing plays out after Rainbow Rocks. Also did you know that they are talking MLP off of Netflix Feb 4th supposedly? Pretty bummed out if they do.

Speaking of the show just got this in the mail. I don't do a lot of the comics but I had to get this one.
