Currently I can only access Extras on my iPhone.

There is a black bar across the top of all the menus on my version of their movie that blocks out commentaries. I didn’t know these extras were available until I just scrolled looking for them - I have to tap a tiny space above “documentaries” to access it.

The extras were not added to the Irish Store.

I have contacted Lucasfilm many times and they have admitted it is an error but have not bothered to correct it.

I was certain that some of the extras were included on Disney+ but they are not (maybe they were removed).

Is there no extras at all?
If so that’s weird considering both the UK and Irish store listings share the same store ID
I don’t own it myself but it seems the UK store has two versions of the movie to select from via the menu, I’m guessing the other is the with the Audio commentary.

Yes no extras at all.

And it is not the first time this has happened where the iTunesID in the Ireland and the UK were also the same.

Customer support from one of the smaller UK distributors did explain how the iTunes Extras don’t get added and how it is simple to correct it but I must have deleted the email by mistake. I can’t remember which distributor explained it.

id1367307466 is the Willow the Irish Store. Can you confirm whether this number matches the one on UK with Extras or the one without?

I’m certain I checked this before emailing Lucasfilm but I would like to confirm as I didn’t know the UK store had tow listings.

I don’t have a computer with me to switch stores. Only my iPhone - and as far as I know you can only switch stores on iOS if you have UK m AppleID

Okay. I misunderstood menu as being the page for movie in the TV app - I don’t know why I thought that as it makes no sense.
