Default Dick Maas movies being released October 7 2016

DFW is releasing the following Dick Maas movies on blu-ray in the Benelux on October 7:
  • De Lift
  • Amsterdamned
  • Flodder 1
  • Flodder 2
  • Flodder 3

This will be a boxset containing all 5 movies plus all movies get a single release as well.

Boxset MSRP: €49.99
Single release MSRP: €6.99

I wonder how DFW is going to justify the boxset MSRP, because it's cheaper to buy all films separately and judging from this twitter conversation there will likely not be any kind of bonus feature on the discs.

Any word on Flodder 3 if it's going to be the director's cut or the international cut? The latter one is missing 1/2 hour of footage.
I'm afraid they 're going to release the IC version.

I came across this 8 film boxset, is this the one being discussed? I presume it has been delayed.
There are only 2 releases i am interested in (the lift and Amsterdamned) so ill be waiting for the single releases.

Yes, this is the one being discussed. And they are already available seperately. Unfortunately the technical specs are dissapointed. Flodder 1, 2 & 3, Amsterdamned and De Lift all have a 1080p50 transfer with PAL speedup and Dolby Digital 2.0 sound. And Amsterdamned and De Lift are cut. Moordwijven, Sint and Quiz are the same as previously released.

What was cut out of the Lift? What is missing?

Holland Still not happy

If you only want "Amsterdammed" the movie for what it is just buy if you can't wait, but if you go for quality don't even bother buying it. It's very cheap doh.
The problem with it is that it is an exact copy of the German release. Poor picture quality and it has been cut just like the German release. Where well on the end:
[Show spoiler]They not show the harpoen thru the head piece
.If you believe the reviews that I saw on bol.com. I was hoping to get this one but after reading that I am so disappointed so I am only gonna get "The Lift" and that one is pretty good.

The Germans released a second copy of Amsterdamned which is really uncut.

Which one is it? How do I know which one to pick?

Maybe it comes also. Strange that they don't doing nothing about it. Like in the beginning. Give it some good attention before releasing it. Well the release of"Amsterdammed" is a good example thats the way Holland handles their films in general when they release Dutch movies in Holland. Bad
Look at Paul Verhoeven's "Soldier of Orange" our biggest classic. Still no good release on BR. In that case I am ashamed to be a Dutchman.

"Soldier of Orange" has his 40th Anniversary in 2017 and I pretty shure that they not gonna give damn and or give any attention to it and just forget it.

Hi you can recogize it:
https://gfx.videobuster.de/archive/v...-amsterdam.jpg

It says uncut on the cover.

I have inside information that so people do certainly care about Soldier of Orange. Some people ar really working on it, but it is not easy and they are not sure they are gonna succeed.

Holland DutchFilmworks comes with poor result !

Seems DutchFilmworks took months to announce it but came with a cheap quick release with titles in Dolby Digital 2.0 only and no subtitles or extras at all.

I saw this review on BOL.com by lakte99:
