What chance would there be of a Fun City release of Morven Caller over here?

I don't think Morvern Callar will make it over here tbh, but never say never. Been told a few times the rights are not available in the UK (from BFI at least, I think a couple of others might have commented on it too). May as well do what I did and buy the FCE edition from an eBay seller, or alternatively import it (e.g. Vinegar Syndrome, DeepDiscount). If you're lucky you might be able to get the lovely slip design by Tony Stella!

I do not know who owns the rights in the UK, but I would like to see these films on Blu-ray in the near future.

I doubt anyone has the rights to those currently. Obviously Criterion hold them still in the US but haven't felt they need an upgrade. All of them except Cruel Gun Story have HD versions on Japanese streaming services so they could see a release one day but I don't know if there's much history of that sort of movie selling well in the UK (which is a shame, it's a really great collection) so it might be a risky one. That said, classic US noirs and Japanese films seem to be selling well these days so maybe it's the right time to give it a go.
