Truer words were never written. I had a cousin go to the Fens wearing an FDNY hat for support after 9/11 and the fans berated him so badly he had to leave by the 4th inning. They went so far as to scream that New York got what it deserved. Of course this was before the Sawx won 4 World Series and the park became overrun with pink-hatters.

Tempted by the Groot funko, but I have more of those pops than I should.

But then I'll catch an episode on D+ and marvel at how well it's kept up.

As for the cookbook, I honestly wondered if it was a reprint of something published when the show was on, because it seems such an odd IP to mine now (unless I'm underestimating the nostalgia or resurgence of interest -- apparently it's from 2020).
I canít be eating or drinking anything while Iím watching it. I donít know how any of them donít corpse (besides being professionals) because Iím certainly corpsing.

I think part of the resurgence was that Betty White was immortal and was still being funny on a current sitcom. Plus I donít think itís ever not been in syndication, so current generations can always stumble across it. You could watch 2 and a Half Men before or after and not lose a beat; that helps, too.

The date of the cookbook is listed as First Edition, September 13, 2022 on Amazon?

I left a forum because of that (decades ago, sheesh Iím old ). One poster was personally attacking me and others, cursing explicitly and threatening violence even, and when some of us complained, the mod told us all to behave ourselves like he hadnít even read the posts.

Arguments in this thread is like a pillow fight compared to that.

Sadly, I think the nostalgia is boosted all the more now that all four actors have passed. Even though it finished 30 years ago this year and they were already seniors then, it's sombering when the entire cast of a show you watched as a kid is gone. Got another reminder of that this week with Kirstie Alley's passing (Cheers being another sitcom from that era I think held up well).

You're right -- I accidentally read the summary of the first (!) GG cookbook, by the same author (!!). Like the poster book, this is an all-new, follow-up edition. Way to go DMI for getting brand new merchandise for the rewards, and not just dumping old stock on us!

I don't know if it will survive the weekend though things usually slow down after 8pm ET most nights and on weekends. My guess it this may not see Sunday afternoon, much less Monday. Another 100 tonight and 200-300 tomorrow doesn't seem too far off the ranch.
There are only 82 left as of this post (Saturday, not even 11 AM ET yet), or 65 net available.

This won't see the end of the day. Anyone who's still on the fence, get it now!

I think this might be my last poster redemption. I have enough, and the potential stress of damage (as documented in this thread by many members) is too much.

Blew past my 8pm guess and sold another 350 last night instead of 100-150. It was around 200 around 2am ET. I'm a bit more shocked that nearly another 200 redeemed in the wee hours when usually nothing sells.

Now down to 15 [And GONE 5 minutes later]

GOLDEN GIRLS SOLD OUT -- not only doesn't see the end of the game, but doesn't even see Reveille

Shockingly the little stocking stuffer Backpack Clip is still sitting at 1. Even if you hated Lightyear, it's still a Toy Story Buzz

I always wondered about that reward. It's been up forever and I like the retro art, but wondered if the image carried over in person and what the paper stock was like. It looks good under the light there.

Maybe for the third go they'll make it an even 2000 copies, so this time it can last a little more than 24 hours. I thought Drax would be the only one from that Funko line, but now that they've done two, surely they've got to finish off the set with Mantis and Starlord...

Same. It's good/proper paper. Sturdy & Glossy. Not too big, and not too small (for me).

The retro feel is what I wanted, and will be nice once framed. I'd been thinking about it for a while, and kinda feel foolish for not using the points earlier.

I'm not sure what will be the next item to sell out -- out than the Backpack Clip.

None of the other Christmas/Holiday items are all that close

145 Tiana's Cookbook -- probably the next of this group. Sales have slowed, but still about 50 on Friday so I doubt lasts too many days. Still 850 in 4 days is pretty good with a lot of competition for points.

Last week probably was the peak of the Holiday items. I suspect another couple Bonus items Monday and Tuesday and a bit of a lesser selection Wednesday since that's going to be pushing delivery by Christmas

170 Marvel Studios' Black Panther Wakanda Forever Member Exclusive Ornament Pin -- seems to be around 15-20 daily so good chance it sells out by Christmas
280 SALE: Disney Movie Insiders Holiday Ornament Pin 2021 - Soul: Joe Gardner -- a few per day
335 Disney and Pixar Turning Red Member Exclusive Ornament Pin -- some chance it sells out by by the end of the month, but might be close unless there is another surge

450 The Nightmare Before Christmas Pop! Advent Calendar - sold better than I thought at 500 this week, but a large proportion was Wed.
575 Disney Frozen: Anna, Elsa, and the Enchanting Holiday
700 Marvel Studios' What If?... Pop! Pin - Zombie Scarlet Witch With Chance of Chase
800 Strange World Coaster Set

2200 Marvel Studios' The Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special Poster
4650 Hercules 25th Anniversary Pin Set -- another 2400 sold even at the elevated price so still pretty impressive
12325 Disney's A Christmas Carol Blu-ray Combo Pack

I expect decent items on Monday & Tuesday too, but I'm still hoping for one more big push this Wednesday (even if it's a day past their "guaranteed delivery" cutoff). Not that I have the points to indulge, I just like seeing what they come up with.

Yeesh, 12K+ copies! They should slash the price or pair it up with another overstocked Christmas movie, just so they can get rid of them. I got it as a Hot Reward blind buy last year and now wish I had saved those 400 points for something else (I realize now I'm so tired of that storyline -- even variations or parodies like the new Spirited movie. Bah humbug! )

Do they accept tickets that old? I thought tickets had to be submitted within two weeks of the showtime.

it still comes up as eligible for ticket submittal, usually for the length of the theatrical run. You usually have to submit within one or two weeks for double points promo. I had to wait to submit these additional BP tix because I submitted five IMAX tickets, opening weekend, which capped me at 1500 points for November.

Hoping the Wednesday Hot Reward will be one of the Way of Water posters (IMAX 3D Experience or Final, doesn't matter)
