On the How to Train Your Dragon front - it appears there are 2 versions of both the 1st and 2nd films. One is in 4K HDR and the other is in HD (for the first film, both in HD for the 2nd.) One is the direct Dreamworks version which is playing in HD and doesn’t appear to be getting an upgrade. The other version has a Universal logo that plays at the beginning and that is in 4K.

I bought the bundle about 18 months ago and just purchased the other combo to get the upgrade. I have heard of the multiple itunes movie versions before but had never encountered this where it directly affected me.

I may very well be a sucker for purchasing again if the other versions get the upgrade, but have over 400 itunes movies on the account and this the first time my movies weren’t upgraded when a superior version was released, so didn’t mind.

At least not too much...

Probably why they aren't getting upgraded for me as I have the "old" versions I'm sure. Won't be double-dipping just to get 4K though myself.

I have two HTTYD copies in my account. One has iTunes Extras and the other doesn't. Neither has a 4k upgrade. The one without Extras I redeemed a code for in 2015 from according to my purchase history. Oddly, unlike other code redemptions, that one lists a Seller: Paramount Home Entertainment.

No upgrade for the copies that got pushed to our accounts after the rights transfer to Universal. I guess that was to be expected though.

It's anyone's guess at this point. Both versions of Days of Future Past got the upgrade but Fox will be owned by Disney by the time Avatar gets an upgrade so it could go either way.

No flipping bonus features, though it is down to £6.99.

Alien in the Canadian store just lost the extras, I hope it means they are about to upgrade to 4k but those extras better come back!

Edit: sorry my iPhone lost the extras but AppleTV still has them

The TV app is messed up again for me. From what I can gather so far, I lost The Dark Knight Rises. And a couple of other 4k movies are not showing in the 4k section anymore.

Has it ever had the extras on the UK store?

I’ve been waiting years to buy it on the Irish store.

Princess Bride, Willow and Dark Crystal are three movies I need with extras.

And I need the music only version of Last Jedi.

Not want. Need.

US only(not sure about Canada), Iíve got it on my US account for this very reason.
I bought the UK Blu-ray then found a cheap iTunes code just to have the music only version.

I pretty sure Canada had it. Australia has it.

I can't see any legal obstacles with more countries. Could it just be they couldn't be bothered?

I own ďHow to Train your Dragon 1 & 2Ē but neither of them are 4K.

I canít find a 4K version of either movie on my Apple TV.

Is there a 4K version of either movie & if so how do I upgrade to it.

I canít even find it. Iíd like to have both in 4k.
