WTF was that? The tower appears to be taller than the Burj Khalifa.

How did they get up there? My oh my. We ask for original content and this is what we get? Just remake something instead

Am I the only one who thinks this could actually be a great idea for a movie?

Tom Cruise would build that freaking thing for real and then climb it himself and stay up there for a week without coming down and then when filming was done he'd jump the f**k off it with a glidesuit.

And he'd do it all again if someone messed up a shot -- "god damnit!!"

I had to laugh watching that trailer, because this was the first thing that sprung to mind.

LOL @ that trailer.

This can't be a real movie, surely?

Why would they even build a tower that apparently reaches outer space.
Why would it have zero security?
How did they get to the top?
Why is the desert piss graded?
Why is the CGI so laughable?
Why is Lionsgate putting out something that would embarrass the makers of Sharknado Part 7?
Why is my head hurting...???

With a better CGI budget, and perhaps made for 3D, this could have been interesting. But woof, those effects got worse the longer the shot went on.
