A lack of anything for Gears 6 at this point has been ridiculous. It obviously has to be made at some point given how Gears 5 ends, but so far it's as if they don't even care about their last legacy shooter series that still is respectable. It's honestly one of the only reasons I still have my Series X.

I do hope we get something about it today though. Since there won't be CGI trailers from Xbox, either a shocking announcement trailer with a bit of gameplay or even just a short video just announcing it's existence would do (the latter being more likely).

Seeing lots of "in game footage" or "captured in engine" as promised, but I wish they would clarify if that game is playing on Series X or PC. Was Hellblade 2 the only one that specifically said Xbox Series X?

Sadly nothing mind blowing but overall a very solid show (for me). Sucks a lot is 2024 but I'm glad that's the latest window for all the games shown. Hopefully they all hold to it. The only question is Fable. I didn't see a year on that.

Also the stealth drop of the 1TB Carbon Black Series S was a good little bonus. Great looking console.

I'm no less excited for Starfield. Luckily, there's a Final Fantasy to play in the meantime

Well, that was decent show. Monkey Island seems like a perfect fit for Sea of Thieves, surprised it took this long. I was hoping Konami would present something, maybe they will have news at the extended event.

Tweet from Tom Warren "Microsoft is currently holding an Xbox media briefing in LA. Sarah Bond has just announced you will soon be able to “play your PC Game Pass catalog on all the devices supported by Nvidia’s GeForce Now.” That’s big news for cloud gaming. Waiting on full details."

Wasn't it announced a few years back that all purchased Xbox games in your library would be available to stream via Project xCloud, even games that are not part of Game Pass? Still hope that is happening.

**found an article about it on The Verge:

Microsoft is planning to bring a lot more games to Xbox Cloud Gaming later this year, allowing Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscribers to stream some of their own game library. “We’re excited to share that later this year, it’s our intent to roll out the ability for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate members to play, from the cloud, select games they already own or have purchased outside the Xbox Game Pass library,” says Will Tuttle, Xbox Wire editor in chief.

I was pretty happy with the showcase today. More than a few games I'm looking forward to, and not just the AAA stuff. This was a good week so get back on board with GamePass.

Showcase was really solid. Looks like 2024 is gonna be PACKED for Xbox. Still pretty damn disappointed about the lack of Gears announcements.

Yeah, there was a lot of good stuff, but it would be nice to know what The Coalition is up to, or get an update on Perfect Dark or Everwild. Guess they have to save something for TGS or The Game Awards.

I think the problem for Xbox is how, in the current landscape, they can seem to do no right. If they show games way before they’re ready, people ***** about having to wait too long for them. If they don’t show games until they’re actually ready to show something, people complain that they’re not showing anything. I mean, pick your poison and stick to it.
