App Barcode Scan not working on 14 Pro

I just discovered this as well (I have a 14pro) The app hasn't been updated in 2 years and Blu-Ray.com doesn't acknowledge any problems with app. Any suggestions for alternative to this app?

Affected 14ProMax user here. The issue has been around longer than the 14plus and remains unaddressed since at least November 2020, if you can believe it. My hopes are dwindling. See my post in another relevant thread (plenty of other cases there) which includes a link to the earliest manifestation I could find:

Yes, if this app is being abandoned, I wonder if anyone has found a good collection app they use? .. (it would be a bonus if there were a Mac app to go along with it).
