Default Synchronisating Audio/Video

Ideally I'm looking for an audio tool of some kind which can run on my core i7 PC or my Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+

I have a 1080p video source which runs at 2-hrs 21mins at 23.976 fps, and I want to mux an audio track onto it which is derived from a pal video source running at 2-hrs 16mins at 25fps.

Unfortunately there's a 5min shortfall and I was wondering if anyone could advise me how to extend the 2hrs 16mins, 25fps audio to fit in with the 2-hrs 21mins 23.976fps video?

Sorted, I used MeGUI which allows you to change 25fps content to 23.976. My audio now synchronises without it running out before the end.

You can try video editing tools. Generally, video tools handle video and audio separately, and you can change the playback speed. For example, TunesKit AceMovi and iMovie are both very good video editors.
