Currently, it appears to be MiniLED.

"It is difficult to predict the exact future of mini-LED technology, as it will depend on a variety of factors, including the development of new technologies, changes in consumer preferences, and competition from other display technologies. However, mini-LEDs are an emerging technology that offers several advantages over traditional LEDs"

Improved OLED and LCD.

You can cross MicroLED off the list. Too expensive for general consumer use. Will never reach mass market appeal due to it's high price. Will remain a commercial and high end luxury item.

How long until a 55 inch qd oled or better with Sony color accuracy and Dolby vision will be under 1,000 dollars?

2 or 3 years is my best guess. By that time there will be newer improvements to OLED like increasing brightness and improved color. What is premium today should be mass market available in that time frame.

What is the best way to get an extreme discount for these kind of TVs? because 1,000 and beyond is extremely pricey and I have no way of saving up for it as much as I’d like to.

Right before the new sets become available which is in the 2nd quarter of the year (April - June) manufacturers will heavily discount their older models to get them out of inventory. That's the best time to buy.
