Amazon itself doesn't make anything. Production of their streaming shows is handled by various "traditional" film studios. There are several examples of how Amazon does, indeed, have "prestigious television" on their streaming service.

I watched the first two episodes and the best part of the show was Stanley Tucci. Madden is beyond awful and Chopra is bland as hell.

They spent all of this money and some of the CGI (including the CGI sets) looks awful. I also hate how they light seemingly normal domestic scenes with these godawful teal and orange filters.

I have not decided if I will keep watching or not. They do show an extended preview of the season after E2 that may or may not contain spoilers.

Watched the first 2 & thoroughly enjoyed them. It does feel like they put every spy movie from the last 20 years in a blender & hit 'Puree', but the action stuff was fun & Stanley Tucci was awesome.

The trailer tagged onto the end of the second episode looked pretty impressive. Happy to stick with it & see where it goes.

I watched it last night and liked it.
I was very disappointed when

Chopra-Jonas is incredibly beautiful, almost distractingly so. I don't think I understood anything she said because of my amazement of her beauty.
I thought the action was more than fine!
Some of the early camera work was jarring and that made the scenes difficult to follow.
I liked these first two episodes and hope that whatever issues people have with it, get remedied, and the show carries on.

This was pretty good. I thought Richard Madden was a little stiff at times probably because he was doing an American accent. They should’ve made his character Scottish.

It's not bad that's about the best I can say.

As another poster mentioned it's basically Nikita, Blood & Treasure, whiskey cavalier or any recent Agency/spy shows rolled into one while this doesn't mean it's terrible it does take itself too seriously given that everything seems just slightly too familiar & formulaic.

The leads are fine surprising the cast seems quite small but early days so far.

The virtual sets & CGI have issues mainly when I call out shows on this it's because the rendering is so poor or obviously just overlaid on background elements. Generally, all this is fine on this show it's just the amount of editing & continuity errors which rival Moon Kight for how commonplace they are.

If the 300 million price tag is too believed I'm not sure how long it will last I'll continue to watch I just hope there will be more to it as it's too reminiscent of other shows so far.

Episode 3:

Mhmm it wasn't boring but not really good. Except a great tutn in the end of the episode there wasn't any story.
The beginning was a 15 min. Action sequence in Jsmed bond Style, solid but nothing special.
No Chopra and Madden have more scenes together and the chemistry was really but. In the romantic scenes it felt like they hate each other.
Ok the episode wasn't boring but its definitly not the next great thing.
I hope there will be more story soon because if not it will start to get boring very fast.

I watched the first episode and half the second. I couldn't get into it. Priyanka Chopra is a terrible actress. Also, the characters have to act stupid for the plot to continue.

I finished Episode 4 and it really starts to get Boring. Most of the Episode was a flashback for getting more background but the main story didn't went on.
The Action in the beginning was great but everything else, not that much.
2 Episodes to go. I will finish the season but with no expectations.

Other way around. The action is boring as sht. Only gets somewhat interesting when it goes into characters and their backgrounds, cheesy cliches aside.

Finished Season 1 this morning. Nice Cliffhanger and good Teaser for the Spin Of. The rest was okay but nothing Special.
I don't know yet if I will watch Season 2. One of the Russos announced that he will direct all Episodes of Season 2, let's hope the result will be better than season 1.

I watched the first episode and a half of the second and I get can't into it. Richard Madden is a great actor, anyone who doubts that should Bodyguard. But the man has terrible picks in roles. First Eternals and now Citadel. I'm sure they both seemed like great picks on paper, but these aren't good.

I can't believe Priyanka Chopra is playing the female lead in this as well. She is without a doubt one of the worst actors I've ever seen.

Overall high gloss but rather pedestrian I may be in the minority but I think this might have been better as eight or ten episodes to let it breathe a bit the story is a little disjointed with the setup in the first two episodes compared to the last two.

I was more interested in the trailer for the next series is the announced second season this? or a continuation of the Madden/Chopra Jonas storyline?
