It is another inherited title but like Superman & Lois, the decision is not Warner or HBO Max to make. Pennyworth is shared with MGM+ (formerly Epix) and if MGM+ wants to renew it then it will be safe. Superman & Lois’ fate is in the CW’s hands.

It amazes me that Bob's Burgers has run as long as it has. Don't get me wrong, I love it & will continue watching it as long as they keep making it, but I don't know [I]anyone/I] else who watches it.

I guess enough people watched it to get a movie out of it, but does it get great ratings in the US, or is it just really cheap to produce?

The WonderCon 2022 panel was packed and there were a lot of cosplayers. The official merchandise vendor sold out of Louise hats on the first day. I love the show and there definitely a lot of people who also love it.

Would not be shocked that Pennyworth will be next even though it was doing fine on Epix there were a lot of complaints about the writing not following comic books.

I was barely able to watch the first season. The only way to end the series is with the Court of Owls arc since that is a big part of the Wayne family.

I actually enjoyed the first season and most of the second too, but when they introduced the 70s metahumans it started getting really dumb. I asked about Pennyworth mainly because I kinda, sort of want it cancelled.

And now those and others are to be removed from Showtime's app and Paramount+ following the... merge? I guess. At least some of these all have had BD releases (even if some are BD-R) so it's not nearly as bad as WB completely removing theirs since the majority of them they weren't on disc.

I'm not sure if WB pulled this back from EPIX (now MGM) or if there was talk of cancelling the show. Personally, I really love the show. I'm so glad they found a way to bring
