I checked mine three times since reading this thread just to make sure I did not miss something obvious. I have the set and it's all blu!

I have to agree with the masses here. WB has serious QC issues. This is not the first time. Paper inserts I can understand - but not really if QC is doing it's job - but to have several big releases and have them contain the wrong format? Shame shame shame!

Just another reason why two formats and neutral support is a bad, bad idea...

Mine shipped today, but wont be here until the 17th. I'll be extremely pissed if theres a dud in there. I'll have to send it back and I'm sure I won't get a replacement before the 25th. *******s.
I of course have to pay to have it shipped back, but they said they will reimburse me for the shipping fee. I still think it's pretty crappy that I have to send the entire set back instead of just to offending disc. I can just see it now: my next set will contain the same error, and it will be weeks before I see the replacement...

Sorry, but this fiasco is the exception. I have never had an issue with buying online or needing to return except for order a pair of shoe's from Zappos. However, the turn around time was 3 days!!! Next day service to and from. Freaking amazing. They are now my new shoe store because of it.

Other than that, no issues

I would wait a few days. They have told others they would be sent a replacement disc. I was told they would contact me.

The discs are in the blu ray packaging so when a customer buys the box set, it will scan as a blu ray product. This will not help the red team's sales.

I think he means that this will make people not buy the Blu set and for that reason people buying the dud set will have more sells. Like someone who hasn't gotten it now has to wait and now hears reports of the problem they'll think to just get the individual ones or the ootp since the already have the first 4 on dvd

Up-date,

Its funny, but I checked my order at 7:00AM today, and my order did not ship. I then contacted WB to cancel the order.

I just loged into WB web site and checked on this order again and would you believe it, it says shipped with tracking number. Oh, well time will tell what I get, Blu or FUD.

A BB employee and friend of mine returned mine at the store. The manager said that they were not allowed to swap just one disc from a set, but he did since the employee claimed it was his box. They opened up another set and it was all blu so he traded it out for me. Apparently they are supposed to send the entire box back for repackaging.

A happy ending to an almost tragic story of a love lost and then found again.

By the way, OOTP rocks in pcm!
