I would have been happier if they would have put the original X-Men animated series from Fox in a box set. It was a very good series and close to the comic book except for the changing old comic book stories around and making certain characters acting like they do not know each other. They have their individual costumes too!!! X-Men: Evolution was straight up crap.

Did you watch the entire Evolution series? Not saying you're wrong, just curious. I watched the first season or so and wasn't impressed, but was surprised to see that it gets MUCH stronger in the second and third seasons, when they practically get out of the high school and start telling X-Men stories. It's not as good as X-Men or Wolverine and the X-Men, but it's not crap.

This is actually a pretty good show, like a cross between X-Men and X-Men Evolution, pushing it near the top of shows I want to get in the near future. Can't ever have enough X-Men shows and movies in my collection.
RIP Navster, you were someone I considered a friend and will always remember you.
