Question DDT Budokan Peter Pan Near Live 8/18/12 Tokyo Nippon Budokan - Anywhere to buy?

My apologies if this isn't the "best" place to post this. While WWE PPV's might be considered "movies" as they are listed with other Blu-Ray titles... this isn't as mainstream and I thought I'd start here.

Long time wrestling fan that saw Wrestle Kingdom 11 and wanted to learn more about Kenny Omega. While searching for info on his matches, I discovered he wrestled Ibushi (who I saw in the WWE Cruiserweight Classic), and I looked for that match.

While I found a streaming copy of it online, the quality is NOT very good, and the match was AMAZING. So I started looking for where to buy a copy of the DDT Bodokan 15th Anniversary PPV. While I found reference of a 2 DVD set on a website, there was no reference on where to buy said discs, and looking for a site with Blu-Ray's, DVD's, or other video formats has all been dead ends.

I understand DDT Universe exists as a place to go back and watch old matches, but I'm really just looking for this specific PPV and I'd prefer an option that isn't a monthly fee.

Anyone know if copies of this PPV were ever published to disc, and if so where I might buy a copy? Or because the company went under in 2015, am I just out of luck?

Any help is appreciated, and thanks for your time.
