Same here, Canada did very well overall. I'm from near Montreal too. So hockey and curling and cross country skiing and ski jumping and snowboarding and downhill skiing and skating are all big part of my growing up in sports that I practiced in my prime, Canadian heritage. I also did the luge, but not the Bob sleigh which is the mastering art of the Germans.

Last week we took home Sony's VPL-VZ1000ES UHD/HDR Short throw projector with Salamander's custom built cabinet and Screen Innovations 100" 16:9 custom designed screen. Of course, I paired the system with a nice high-end surround sound audio system.

We watched a few UHD/HDR BD titles and some Netflix UHD/HDR and it's been a lot of fun. This specially designed cinema system delivers an exceptional FHD/SDR and UHD/HDR experience! But the best entertainment that we've thoroughly enjoyed is watching the 2018 Winter Olympics!

I'm just 7' from the 100" 16"9 screen (View area: 49.0" H x 87.0" W) and believe it or not, but that's the recommended screen size for 7' and I can tell you I 100% agree. The Olympics and movies have given us the best possible immersive entrainment experience.

Sorry no 4K cable for me, just very nicely up-converted FHD/SDR to UHD thanks to Sony's excellent X1 Extreme processor and the very great VPL-VZ1000ES laser projector.

I was very impressed with the picture quality on our 100" screen at 7' viewing distance!

Some countries care about those sports all the time. Speed skating is big in the Netherlands all the time. Bobsledding is the same deal in Switzerland.
