Yeah, RDJ got lucky. Most actors from the 80's did a handful of movies then disappeared. It's 2019 and Downey Jr. is still rockin' it. He stayed in the limelight and is very relevant lol.

Yeah, RDJ has absolutely no bumps in the road! It was completely smooth sailing from the 80ís till now! Just kept riding high!

I think Downey Jr.'s high point was in the mid to late 90s. He was riding extremely, extremely high.

Well, in terms of his career he was pretty consistent from the mid 80's onwards. As for his personal life and addiction problems...

This will make a great double feature with The Annihilators. Different subgenres but same type of cheesy but fun 80's goodness. Got my Arrow copy of The Annihilators on Friday and spot checked it. PQ looks great. I like the film enough to grab another copy so will also purchase the Kino edition in July

Tempted to just buy it from BB. Was going to preorder from Diabolik just to get it early but their shipping rates don't necessarily inspire me to splurge very often Getting stuff early doesn't have the same appeal anymore anyway since I almost never watch stuff I get right away.

Yup, as expected as we get closer to the street date. I'm stoked for this one. Bit of a grail for me.

This really needs to drop more.
I want this... but given we don't know how good it will look, and the licensing on this one has to be pennies... $13-15 is my sweet spot.

Speaking of pairing... How about... The Substitute?

Isn't The Substitute from the 90's? Personally, I don't like to pair films from different eras. A better pairing would be The Principal IMO.

You know you are right.
For sure the Principal.

Not sure why I thought it was earlier.
