Think I'll be picking this set up at some point. I used to be a fairly regular attendee at the Fantastic Films Festival in Manchester back in the early 2000's and Norman was always about. Very approachable and kindly man from what I remember.

The last submission is from 2005 (Anchor Bay) and states it is uncut but that is not right because that version is cut.
The BBFC website won't necessarily indicate a cut if the master submitted was pre-cut by the distributor.

They also don't update all new submissions right away.

I'll believe Indicator 100%

Why would Terror be cut? There's nothing in there too problematic for the BBFC, I wouldn't have thought...

If Indicator say its uncut I'm more inclined to trust them that it is.

The framing looks different in "Prey" and "Terror" in the Vinegar Syndrome and Indicator blu ray versions. Subjective as to which releases are better. They both look nice to me.

Aside from Inseminoid, they're the same source restorations, but the framing and grading of the Indicator versions was closely supervised by Norman J. Warren himself, who was extensively and enthusiastically involved with this entire project.

Always a sign of good quality when someone connected pays that much enthusiastic attention

Vinegar Syndrome looks worse to me when it comes to Terror. Brightness levels appear to have been boosted, makes the pictures look flat.

So any word on whether this set will be shipping out early? It'd be great to get it by August rather than by the end of August. With Review copies going out I'd assume that things are ready to go any day now right?
