Sorry if this is in the wrong place, but there's no thread for the complete series...
I'm now finally able to work my way through this series and I've encountered a few issues.
Season Two, final disk and season three first disk
Episodes are pausing, didtizing and distorting and resuming a few minutes into the episode.
Is there a phone number I can contact CBS at?
I'm well outside my return date with Target and Amazon.

Can't help you with the contact info but if you are talking about the two fat case complete series set then I also had some problems with several episodes doing the same thing. Didn't notice anything on the discs either. I originally own all seven single sets and each disc played perfectly. I sold those and later regretted it so I bought the Complete Series set and had nothing but problems so I sent it back. I then bought all of the single seasons again and had no problem with any discs.

Do the problems duplicate across different players? If not, then you know the discs are fine.

I'm not rich, I don't have multiple players.
I cleaned the disk after the error showed up. It did it again in the same spot

I had this issue with my Original Series discs.

My solution was.... unconventional

You have one player in your house? I'm just asking if it does it across two different model players. All of my discs are fine FWIW.

Take your discs to a friends house and see if you get the same problem there. The advice offered is solid: you need to find out if it's an issue on just your player, or on all players.

Yeah, since Discovery came out he seems to have switched focus to it, and other new/upcoming ST stuff. Between seasons he’s giving reviews as he rewatches Voyager episodes, with some other things between, such as additions to reused props, starships gallery and myriad other things you can find on that site.

I haven't had any problems with my copy of Star Trek, but I have noticed my Philips UHD player is much more sensitive to imperfect discs than my previous Panasonic and Sony Blu-ray players. I've had a few Blu-ray discs from Netflix that wouldn't play in my Philips (or had major errors part way through) so I've had to rip them on my PC to watch because the BR drive in my computer isn't quite as picky.
