The only person I've seen try it recently are Dirk and Pau.

I think Horford tries it sometimes.

But for the most part I think big men just try to go for the one hand off the glass hook, not really the rainbow sky hook.

Unstoppable. It's part of my game, people never expect it. Even in pick-up, you rarely see a hook shot (and I play daily).

3 point shot has taken the traditional big man out of the game. Heck, Duncan is probably one of the few that still uses a bank on a regular basis.

Its true, its sort of a lost shot but I use it all the time at the park. Its not indefensible but most people do not seem to be ready to defend it. I also shoot a lot of mid range jumpers, another somewhat lost art.
