Sound of Music was one of the first Fox titles that had 4K work done and applied to DCP standards when 4K DLP technology was initially being touted to theater exhibitors.

Anything 65mm would be a top choice, 2001: ASO being an obvious one for my tastes. Past that, just my favorites really... Star Trek movies, 80's classics, etc.

How so? Do you have any idea how HDR works. To put it short HDR is one step closer to how the native image looks, without it film will never look the way it should.
